Brown One hundred and Sixty Eight 75/100 Dollars as a part payment on a certain tract of Land Lot 46, which I am to cause to be conveyed by Deed of Quit Claim from the heir & representations of J. M. Brown Dcsd. -- which land is to be valued or estimated by mutual agreement at 3.$ per acre and it is understood that I am to take up, or receive as cash a certain note of 200$ given by Wm. Armstrong & T. A. Brown as further payment on the said Land which is about 170 acres more or less.
