The plaintiffs, now, by leave of the Court first had and obtained, amend their Complaint heretofore filed herein, by adding thereto after the word "deceased" at the bottom of page 3 of the original Complaint, the following words:
"And the plaintiffs further aver and show, that the said persons last hereinbefore named as being the confirmees of the said Rancho, in presenting their petition to the United States District Court, to be substituted as parties claimants to said Rancho, acted in their own behalf, and in their own right to the extent of their several interests only in the land in said Rancho, owned by the said Juana, at the time of her decease, as devised to them severally in the last Will and Testament of the said Juana Sanchez de Pacheco, and as to those four several parcels of said Rancho which had been previously sold and conveyed by the said Juana to other persons, and herein denominated the "Petra Pacheco de Soto tract," the "Robert Allen tract," the "Ignacio Sibrian tract," and the "Trinidad Pacheco de Castro tract;" the said persons confirmees, above named, acted for and in behalf of, and as the trustees and agents of the several grantees of the said Juana Sanchez de Pacheco, of and for the said several tracts of land aforesaid, and their vendees and successors in interest in said several tracts, and that the decrees of confirmation of the United States Courts, and United States Patent for said land or Rancho, vested the legal title in the said several confirmees aforesaid, in Trust, only as to the said several tracts denominated the "Petro Pacheco de Soto tract," the "Robert Allen tract," the "Ignacio Sibrian tract," and the "Trinidad Pacheco de Castro tract," hereinbefore described; and the said confirmees still hold the legal title to the said several tracts of land last herein mentioned in trust solely, and in no other manner than as Trustees of and for the several grantees of the said Juana Sanchez there'or, and for their successors in interest; and as to the residue of the land in said Rancho, after excluding the four said tracts of land last hereinbefore mentioned and held in trust as aforesaid, the said confirmees hereinbefore named, in making the petition aforesaid, acted in their own right, and received the confirmation of the title to said land, and the Patent therefor, for and in their own right, and for and in the right of their grantees, and in the proportions to each designated in the last Will and Testament of Juana Sanchez de Pacheco, deceased, and still hold said legal title in their own right, and for their respective grantees and successors in interest." All of which plaintiffs pray may be adjudged.

All of which plaintiffs pray may be adjudged.
